Trinity Regional School participates in the mission of the Church by providing a Catholic education on the elementary level. Trinity Regional School is located at three campuses:

East Northport - Kindergarten through Eighth Grade
Melville - Nursery and Pre-Kindergarten
Northport - Nursery and Pre-Kindergarten
